The 23-year-old teacher was assaulted while out running close to a canal in Tullamore, County Offaly, just before 16:00 regional time last Wednesday. Mr Puska was billed at Tullamore district court as well as was remanded in protection for a week. A second guy in his 30s who was apprehended previously on Wednesday has been released without cost.
